Sister site Screenhead has posted a little valentine to the City of Heroes costume contest. (Screenhead may be called a sister site, but it's more like an older brother who's still in high school and takes mysteriously long showers.) I gotta agree with him on Ms. Hot in Pink, but she doesn t hold a candle to Ms. Diva 7 here.
