Following a shareholder meeting that saw investors vote out Take-Two CEO Paul Eibeler and a number of members of the board, comes news of Chief Financial Officer Karl Winters departure. Winters was kept on board following the vote, but has since resigned, reports Reuters.

Lainie Goldstein, current senior VP of finance will take the job on an interim basis and will probably get Karl's free copy of Grand Theft Auto IV this October.

We hope for Winters sake that he left with a sweet package on par with Eibeler's "platinum parachute." More on this boring, but important, story as it develops. Michael McWhertor
