Monster Cable just surprised me with this pre-production working component video cable for the Wii.

Apparently, Monster was initially going to pass on making this cable for the Wii, but after seeing the tremendous success of Nintendo's new console they decided to move forward.

No word on the cost or when it might hit, but it looks quite sturdy. Of course, this isn't the final version, it's still needing those final Monster touches. Brian Crecente
