Gamespot is reporting that the mother of a child who suffered "permanent disabling injuries" from a grand mal seizure while playing Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly has filed suit in the New York State Supreme Court. In it, she names Vivendi Games, Sierra Entertainment, and Sony Computer Entertainment America and seeks unspecified damages.
As Gamespot points out, the PlayStation 2 game comes with an included epilepsy warning, a common practice on videogame software.
We'll update when we get more details.
