    LOTROnline Entering Open Beta

    blueskies.jpg

On March 30 Lord of the Online will be kicking off an open beta of the MMO.

Gamers with Jobs points out that this particular open beta isn't totally open, instead only those who pre-ordered the game will be able to check things out.

Then, after much patches and grumbling, the game goes truly live on April 6. The good news is that people who start off in this latest open beta will be able to keep their characters.

Pretty sweet pay-off for helping Tubine test their game before it hits retail.
