This morning we ran a post citing some new details on SingStar for the PS3. The source, PALGN, also claimed to have some info regarding how much individual tracks would cost you to download, saying they'd cost 1.49 (USD$2.90). Unlike the Blu-Ray and 30-song info, though, this didn't come from a retail pamphlet. It came from a forum tipster. Some places, and a lot of people, ran with this info and took it as gospel.
No dice.
A SCEE spokesperson quickly told Gamesindustry.biz that:
The SingStore prices on the site are wrong. We haven't announced anything on the prices yet.
So that's that then. What do you think it'll be, then? Higher, or lower? If you said lower, get out.
