Picked by the pundits! Take a trip back to the Bubble-era with the ten best Japanese commercials for the Nintendo Famicom. Interesting to see Commedian Tokoro George in Japan-Only Disk System ads. (He's the guy in the Zelda ad with glasses. Side note: He voiced ALF in its Japanese dub.) My favorite? Actor/director/commedian/writer Beat Takeshi in the Taito Takeshi no Chousenjou spot. That, or the snappy Namco La Salle Ishii no Child's Quest, which looks like an earlier version of THE IDOLM@STER. Hard to choose! Brian Ashcraft
