Ubisoft wanted to clear up the fact that while the PS3 version of SC:DA would indeed come with the female skins and new maps, the Xbox 360 version would get updated eventually in the form of downloadable content. No specific dates were given, but hopefully not too soon after the PlayStation version drops.
