Gary Dale, who up until recently was managing director of Capcom Europe, has left his position to rejoin Rockstar Games as their Chief Operating Officer effective today.
"Having been involved in the formation of what later became Rockstar Games, I am now thrilled to become a member of the team at such an exciting time," Dale commented. I look forward to helping Rockstar Games continue to define the interactive entertainment landscape in the next-generation era."
Dale was the president of BGM's interactive software and video division from 1994 until Take-Two acquired the company in 1998. He left Take-Two in 2003 for Capcom, but now he's back with the friendly sociopathic criminals at Rockstar.
I'm beginning to get as excited about executives switching game companies as most men get when their favorite athletes get traded between teams. Eagerly awaiting the bubble gum card set!
