    With the Playstation 3 launch a reality here in the United States in just days, Sony has unveiled their latest marketing campaign.

    Play Beyond is all about demystifying the technology behind the Sony console through surreal commercials and a shit-ton of kiosks.

    The Sony spokesfolks say that their ads have already had 500,000 hits on YouTube and their print campaign till hit more than 40 million impressions, while their online ads will reach 150,000 impressions.

    Boring, no?

    Fortunately, they did sneak in one number that's interesting: 14,000. That's the number of Playstation 3 kiosks that will be showing off the consoles at retailers around the country.

    Finally, that Playstation Experience big rig, packed with PSP, PS2 and PS3 games, will be hitting the road later this year.
