Take theater actress Jen Taylor, who voices Cortana in Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. For the first game, she got about US $500 and twice that for the sequel. She adds,

But the technicians had gotten so good at what they were doing. That they got twice the amount of work done in half the time. So my actual pay was about the same.
