1993: Phillips Media releases 2d sidescrollers Link: The Faces of Evil and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon for the CD-i. They are the hideous result of a deal with Nintendo coupled with outsourced Russian animation and horrible voice acting. All you Zelda fanboys should play these games for a week - just to test your loyalty.
1994: GT Interactive releases Doom II for PC in the US. Anyone else forget that you can't aim up or down in the first two games? For a second during the Live Arcade version of Doom I thought my controller was broken.
2005: Buena Vista Games releases The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge for PS2 in the US. Wait, or was it Corpse Bride? No, it was Nightmare. Oh Tim Burton, how we love your mixed obsession with claymation and death.
