An Israeli modder has designed an developed a phone chip for the PSP, dubbed the "PSPhone." It's not able to make outgoing calls, but is able to received incoming calls. The modder is trying to figure out how to get it into mass production and hopes to sell it for $60. I hope he figures out how to take a better video before then. Brian Ashcraft
