With brand image slipping worldwide, Sony has seen better days. This video certainly may fuel the PS3-bashing bandwagon; however, it simply presents facts and unrealized promises from the horse's mouth. Sony has a lot riding on this console, and folks, it's more than just Blu-Ray. —Brian Ashcraft
