    NES Mated with Apple

    Our nerd hero of the day, modster Ben Heck, has just finished his latest project. A nod to Apple, this portable is a NES/iPod mash-up that's dubbed the "nPod." The battery powered device's about cartridge-size, 41mm thick and has a 3.5" LCD screen. Nerd hero Ben says that the portable has already been sold, but he could be convinced to build another one... for a price. Nerd hero or not, Ben likes money.
