Microsoft is entering the world of quantum computing with Windows Vista. In a nod to Schrödinger's cat, certain PCs will be created in a state of being Vista Capable and not Vista Capable at the same time! Microsoft hasn't released the actual hardware specs for Vista, but they're nonetheless certifying certain PCs as "Vista Capable," a certification program that may or may not actually reflect the minimum requirements for Vista.
