Cuba Gooding Jr. style (these references are borderline archaic at this point, I know), the brains behind the GTA series got reupped by Take-Two Interactive in the form of a big payday. According to reports from Computer and Video Games, $25 million dollars were paid out to retain critical members of the GTA team. Considering that recently, Bungie lost key members of its Halo 2, it'll be interesting to see if game developers and key members of development teams become commodities or free agents, much like we see in the NFL or NBA. Regardless, Take-Two just locked down some major players for the future of GTA.
