Cathode Tan ran across this guy Andrew who is lucky enough to work in an lab that has a 24-screen setup. Andrew figured out how to get Quake 3 running on this monster setup as part of his day-to-day big screen work over at the Center for Human-Computer Interaction at Virginia Tech.
