The peripheral that many PSP-totting folks have been waiting for is not going to happen. The Logic 3 keyboard would've let gamers take full advantage of the portables online capabilities and would've been a plus in every way. After a series of release delays, a reader over at PSP Updates reported that his pre-ordered was finally cancelled by the peripheral company. He pinged the company about this and received the following email:

Thanks for your mail, yes this is correct we are no longer producing or releasing a keyboard for the Sony PSP.

This decision was made by our product development team. In order to produce the keyboard we have to acquire certain information & command protocols from Sony for the PSP which we where unable to obtain.

Thank you for your interest in Logic 3 PSP products.

Ever feel like the PSP is digging its own hole? Or rather, Sony's doing it. What. A. Bummer.
