Three Los Angeles area men are unhappy tonight. They've been charged with modifying an Xbox and face chages of copyright infringement. The authorities said the owners of ACME Game Store in Los Angeles (totally not making up that store name) sold modified boxes with huge hard drives and mod chips. Their court date has been set for January.
