Called Circuit City's 800 number this morning to see what the heck was going on with their Xbox 360s that were "available Friday" according to their website. Unfortunately, that just means the company will be taking a limited number of pre-orders for the console starting that day. The console itself will still be shipping on Nov. 22. The phone jockey sounded like he was reading from a script when I asked about it, I'm guessing they were slammed over the weekend.

Funny thing, they still haven't clarified the site.
