Has it been a year already? Last year, at this time I was probably skipping work sitting at home playing Halo 2, I picked a copy up early from a store who broke the street date in the always-shady Detroit. Today, 1UP.com looks at Halo 2, a year later and like I was when I wrote about the botched elements of Halo 2's multiplayer experience, they looked at Halo 2 somewhat as a missed opportunity in gaming. I loved Halo 2's single player campaign and thought that the ending was more Empire Strikes Back than anything else, but the multiplayer game being so exploitable tarnished the my experience.
Any word on if the pop-in has been fixed when Halo 2 is played on the Xbox 360?
