Not content with just getting first-person shooter fans this time around, The New York Times speaks with Bill Nielsen, head of marketing for the Xbox in a piece about expanding interest in the console beyond males. Nielsen wants men to be able to tell the ladies in their lives that the shiny, white Xbox 360 in the living is "for you too, not just for me to play Madden." I hope some of you guys out there have significant others far more understanding than mine, because she just looks at new consoles and sniffs "Hmph, you need another one now?" At least I can say, "It's for work, dear."
