Eccentric game director Hideo Kojima launched his own blog this week. The catch? It's in Japanese. 1up.com doesn't care. They have a guy translating it when he updates. Kojima talks about more than just the Metal Gear series on his blog, so it doesn't feel like a marketing tool. However, I'm not really sure if I want to read about his adventures trying to track down the new Franz Ferdinand CD. That does seem a little Live Journal-y.
