Gamers concerned with throwing their controller in anger, only to have it fly back and pop them in the jaw can breathe a sigh of relief. Gamespot is reporting that the PlayStation 3's "boomerang" controller is labeled at TGS with a sign that says "conceptual design." Good news considering the controller is an eye sore and looks pretty uncomfortable, too.

Though, I'd suffer the discomfort to get my hands on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots right now.
