I'm already at a loss to explain why people are so enamored with the sub-8-bit graphic delights of Coleco games. But now, just in case you found it too hard to beat the mildly retarded Coleco AI at it's own game, Techno Source just sent me a slew of cheat codes. That's right, Coleco cheat codes. Cheat codes for Coleco. Now you can cheat while playing Coleco Baseball, Soccer, Basketball and Football. Wow. Anyway, here they are:

Baseball:

Cheat code: If the "p", "b", "h", and "r" buttons are all held down at the time the product is switched on, a special "invincibility bonus" will be granted the player. This will allow the batter to hit every pitch regardless of how well timed the swing (the outcome of the hit is still random and can be any base hit or an out).

Soccer:

If all 4 directional arrows are held down when the unit is switched on, a special "invincibility" bonus will be granted the offensive player. This will allow him to shoot through defensive players as if they were not there. Only the Goalie will be able to stop the ball.

Basketball:

If all 4 directional arrows are held down when the unit is switched on, a special "invincibility" bonus will be granted the offensive player. This will allow him to shoot through defensive players as if they were not there.

Football:

If all four directional keys are held down when the unit is switched on, the player will get an "invincibility" bonus. In this game, this will allow every pass to be completed, regardless of whether a defensive player was in the way. Essentially, you will have the ability to throw right over/through defensive players.
