Edge Magazine is bragging that they will be the first game magazine in the world to dish the dirt on the Xbox 360. The mag was apparently given access to the next gen console even before the MTV debut was announced. The resulting article will be in the magazine that hits newsstands on May 17.

Edge says they will be showing off both hardware and software shots of the new device in the issue, which happens to be the magazine's 150th. Other cool features in the special issue include a talk with Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma. The producer will talk about the latest Zelda game and show off some unreleased images.

Sounds like this will be an issue to buy, not that that's not true of all of Edge's stuff.
