In a display of affection for their fellow pretend superhero, some players of the MMG City of Heroes gathered together in a salute to Chrsitopher Reeve, the Superman actor who died Monday from complications caused by his paralysis.

Some folks changed their hero's outfit to an approximation of Superman's, some kept their outfit but changed their cape to red, some changed their whole outfit to black, some just kind of happened to be there when it was happening and joined in.

Whether you think it was schmaltzy and creepy or meaningful and beautiful, it's the kind of thing you'll only find in an MMG. Click here to pop-up a screenshot.
